On the first weekend of October my Family (on my Mom's side) was included in the Imperial Valley Pioneer Museum in California. My Tio, (Great Uncle) Emilio Parra and Members of the
Agricultural Board formally recognized our family as being one of the founding familes of the Valley in the late 1800's.

My Vitamin K Intake
So I thought I would post this up for anyone who is on Coumadin/ Warfarin. The
Adequate Intake for Vitamin K established by the Food and
Nutrition Board of the U.S. Institute of Medicine is 120 mcg for men age
19 and older and 90 mcg for women age 19 and older. This is the amount for Women only and would need to be adjusted for men.
