Feeds

Alright here is my Feed helper for those of you who need some tech support. 
Firstly a feed is a way for websites large and small to distribute their content well beyond just visitors using browsers. Feeds permit subscription to regular updates, delivered automatically via a web portal, news reader, or in some cases good old email.

Some common feed icons are :

My feed is simple.  If you want to subscribe to my posts you click the Follow Me button on the right hand side.  You can then choose to subscribe via Email or RSS.

If you choose RSS the link will make you a bookmark folder on your toolbar (the area under where the website title and all the back and forward buttons are).  Whenever you want you can click this folder and there will be a drop-down menu with a list of my last 6 or 7 posts.  This is automatically updated so all you have to do is click on the title you want to see and it will redirect you to the appropriate page.

If you choose Email, you will automatically receive Emails of my latest posts when I post them.

Simple right?
