The Park Nannies (a continuation to The Library Moms)

So now that the snow is gone I can take the girls to the Park across the road.
It is still bitterly cold some days so I have been bundling the girls up, then stripping off a few layers as they run around.

Their favourite thing to do is to go up and down the stairs leading to the slide.  Of course they strain to use the taller handrail, rather then the one that is their size.  For the first few times I watched only a few feet away in case one of them fell.  I soon got over this as they where pretty steady and if they fell their cushioned coats would protect them from any real damage.
At the park is always a collection of children and their adults.  These adults range from grandparents to nannies and even the odd (though it is scarce) parent. Every time we go there is always the same group of Phillopina nannies.  They are all nannying boys and these boys form a pack that roams around the park and playground.  Naturally as things like gossip and cell-phones are vitally important to the job, they aren't exactly supervising like hawks.
I am watching the girls but not at their side.  Content in the knowledge that if they fall down they will get right back up.
W.C goes barreling down the slide and falls off at the end.
The nannies, who are all now paying full attention, gasp,
She gives a little cry, gets up and climbs onto the bottom of the slide,
I tell her "Slides are for going down, you need to get off because other children want to come down and they will hit you if you stay there"
She looks up at the child waiting to come down, looks at me and commences trying to climb back up the slide,
I ask her again,
She ignores me again,
I pick her up and plop her down on her bottom away from the slide telling her why I had just moved her,
She cries, loud and sharp, annoyed that I had moved her
The nannies again look over at me and gasp,
I tell her she is fine and walk away,
The nannies begin to twitter amongst themselves,
She cries louder, annoyed that I am not paying attention, seeing the nannies looking she throws herself backwards onto the ground and begins to lightly bang her head,
One of the nannies voices up "Are you going to just leave her there?"
Me (from 8 steps away) "Yes I am",
More twittering from the nannies
Me: "Darya are you done?  Would you like to go on the swings?"
Darya: "Swings"
And away we go to the swings.

Hahaha
