Netball

My other latest development is that I have joined a netball team here in Ottawa. 

They are a social team that meets every Tuesday night for an hour and a half.  There are about 18 people who are part of the team and varying numbers attend each week.  The majority of the team is girls from the Carribean Islands and 2 kiwis, 2 aussies and 2 brits.

It has been a great opportunity to keep fit and a fun way to meet some new people.  I thought I might die after the first night but it has been getting better and better as my body remembers it knows how to do this.  I am getting all those old bruises though and the bent fingers.

 Look out I will be back to my old skinniness in no time!
